sign of things to come?

Well what can I say! It's been a very hectic first week of December, my hubby and I had to go to Plymouth to take care of our two grandsons while my son Chris and daughter-in-law Kate went to the Christmas Ball (RN) and while we were there my youngest son Simon's partner Keeleigh went into labour 200 miles away back home (just typical).

There was no time to get Keeleigh to hospital so my wonderful and very brave son delivered his own daughter. Lexi-Mae was born at approximately 21.10 on 1st December 2012 weighing in at a very healthy 6Ib 3oz.

My wonderful son Simon and his beautiful new daughter

Although  Lexi-Mae was three weeks early she and her mummy Keeleigh are both doing well and  Simon has now gotten over the shock of bringing this very special little girl into the world.

My hubby and I travelled back home the very next day to meet our beautiful granddaughter for the first time and I have to say it was well worth the wait, she is just perfect.

Hello Daddy!

So as you can see the first week of December has been a complete whirl wind so I wonder what the next three are going to bring, lets see shall we. Hugs Debs xx
